Bivrost Niflheim Single Malt Whisky
50cl / 46.00% - Bivrost Niflheim is a single malt all the way from Arctic Norway, distilled at the foot of the Lyngen Alps at the world's northernmost distillery. Produced using Nordic barley, the spirit is distilled three times and matured in a combination of sherry, bourbon and virgin oak casks. The casks themselves rest in underground storage vault, which were previously part of a network of tunnels in a Cold War NATO base. Impressive stuff - and we're excited to see what comes next.
