75cl / 12.50% - A fabulous Chilean wine from Morande, the Adventure Creole 2018 is produced from a blend of Cinsault and Pais grapes. Fun fact, Pais used to be Chile's most planted grape variety until the 21st century, but became somewhat forgotten, so this is an interesting chance to try it. Fermented in a combination of concrete egg and French oak casks, the juicy red pairs very well with rich pasta dishes.
