Should you go exploring London, you might just happen upon some citron fruit, an ancient citrus that still grows within the city. The team took this citrus back to their distillery under a railway bridge in Hackney Downs and used it to create this cracking London dry gin. Looks like Ian Buxton would choo-choo-choose CitroLondon Dry Gin for his gintonica...Batch 1 is a release of 880 bottles.
