70cl / 43.00% - A Japanese-inspired London dry gin innovatively crafted at Cheshire Distillery in the UK using botanicals from the Land of the Rising Sun think silver birch bark, spruce needles and bamboo-activated charcoal. 'KURO' translates from Japanese as 'black', a nod to idea being born at the top of a black ski run whilst on a trip to Japan. The pair behind the concept hope the earthy, aromatic spirit evokes the Hakuba Valley's alpine slopes.
