70cl / 53.10% - A 1991 vintage single malt from Auchentoshan, matured in a single bourbon cask for quarter of a century before we bottled it all up for our Single Cask Series. The cask was laid down in October 1991 and cracked open in April 2017, then we bottled the whisky without chill-filtration or additional colours.
