To make it, the folks at FEW finished some of their bourbon in barrels that previously held bourbon and then hot sauce. They redistilled the bourbon with juniper, Guajillo peppers and Ancho chillies to create the gin you see before your eyes. It's pretty wild. We love it.A limited edition release of 1,228 bottles.
