50cl / 51.80% - The first release in Smogen's Sherry Project series, which sees their Swedish single malt whisky receiving a finishing period in Sherry butts for longer and longer with each release. Sherry Project 1:1 is a 3 year old expression, distilled in June 2011 and initially matured in European oak quarter casks before finishing for four months in a Sherry butt. It was bottled in September 2014, and 932 bottles were produced.
