However, this one have been made with Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Chelba Washed, resulting in a distinctive flavour profile highlighted by citrus and pudding-like notes throughout. The Batshit Mental Ideas Cold-Infused, Cold-Distilled Coffees are made by roasting, cold-macerating and cold-distilling the beans in a short amount of time, which preserves the higher acidic compounds that make freshly-roasted, fresh-ground coffee taste phenomenal.
