75cl / 40.00% - This is the Riverboat Rye Spirit, which is not chillfiltered, somewhat of a rarity when it comes to American rye, bourbon and whiskey. This gives it a cloudy look, reminiscent of the whiskies of olde. It's fairly young, but full of cinnamon, liquorice and, of course, rye bread notes. Well suited for use in cocktails.
