50cl / 47.50% - Part of the expanding collection of Reference Series whiskies, II.1 contains the exact same proportions of youthful, clean whisky and older, bolder whisky as the original II, including over 20% of very old single malt. However, approximately 1/3 of II.1 has been finished for a month in fresh 50 litre ex-Pedro Ximenez casks.This allows you to see just how much difference the Sherry cask-finishing has had on this whisky by comparing it to the 'control' expression.
