70cl / 40.00% - Despite having the word "China" in its name (twice, no less.), this is a French liqueur, made by Bigallet in the French Alps. Viriana China-China is made with high quality neutral spirit with macerated bitter and sweet orange peels. Added to this is a selection of botanicals, spices and even more citrus peels, creating a wonderfully bitter liqueur, not unlike an Amaro. As such, Viriana China-China is perfect for after dinner drinks.
