The Wera 888/4/1 K Rapidaptor Universal Bitholder is a ¼" hex bit holder designed to speed up bit changes on power screwdrivers and drills without the need to manually actuate the sleeve. Unlike conventional bit holders, the Rapidaptor system allows bits to be inserted and locked in place automatically — no sleeve manipulation required. To release a bit, simply push the sleeve forward and swap out with a single hand, keeping your workflow uninterrupted on site. The holder accepts bits with a ¼" hexagonal drive conforming to DIN ISO 1173-C 6.3 and E 6.3, making it compatible with the vast majority of standard screwdriving bits. The ¼" hex shank fits power screwdrivers with take-up as per DIN ISO 1173-F 6.3. The non-magnetic design makes it well suited to applications where magnetism could cause interference or is otherwise undesirable.
