A reliable slip-over mechanism prevents overtightening when the pre-set torque is reached, and the Torque Lock function allows the handle to be used for high-effort loosening and tightening without engaging the torque-limiting mechanism. All tools in the set are individually tested to IEC 60900, providing the assurance required when working on live or potentially live electrical equipment. The 817 VDE blade-holding handle gives additional versatility for tasks where torque control is not required.
