Transplanting was originally a demo tape recorded in Pete Droge's home studio with surprisingly minimal gear (a cheep compressor, a 57 mic and a lot of guitar stomp boxes) It was started on a 4track cassette and finished on an 8track ADAT. With Droge at the production helm, his talent to play seemlessly endless types of instruments, and his ability to make amazing demos, Elaine knew she was in good hands.
