Kilchoman 2006/2007 (bottled 2019) - The Kilchoman Club Eighth Edition Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 54.30% - A vatting of one oloroso sherry butt and three bourbon barrels filled between October 2006 and December 2007, drawn from Kilchomans earliest full production years. Founder Anthony Wills opted for a 50-50 balance between bourbon and sherry maturation, deliberately selecting a fruit-forward sherry cask to avoid dominance and allow peat and distillery character to lead.This bottle was part of a private collection and may show signs of wear if of a certain vintage - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch.
